Selected illustrations from my collection of whimsical, colorful artwork are available for licensing across puzzles, books, stationery, home décor, textiles, and other creative products. Artwork Licensing & Use Policy All artwork, illustrations, and images on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Victoria Nahum ("Artist") and are protected by United States and international copyright law. Purchase or licensing of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. Any license granted provides limited permission to use the artwork only for the specific purpose, product category, production quantity, geographic territory, and time period agreed to in writing. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, all licenses are non-exclusive and limited solely to the approved use. The artwork may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold as digital files, used to create derivative works, minted as NFTs, incorporated into artificial intelligence or machine learning datasets, or used for any purpose beyond the licensed scope without prior written consent of the Artist. Licensees may not claim authorship of the artwork or use it in unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or offensive contexts. Commercial licenses must clearly specify the product category, maximum production quantity, royalty structure (if applicable), and license duration. Production beyond the agreed quantity, expansion into additional product types, or continued use beyond the licensing term requires a new written agreement and additional compensation. The Artist retains the right to license the artwork to other parties unless exclusivity has been granted in writing. When royalties are part of a licensing agreement, the Artist reserves the right to reasonably audit sales records to verify royalty payments. Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and immediately terminates any granted license. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all production, distribution, advertising, and sale of the artwork. Licensing inquiries may be submitted through the contact information provided on this website.
